This notice describes the data handling implemented by Task2Prompt. The operator is based in Hungary and operates as a sole proprietorship under the business name Gprint Iroda.

What the application does with prompts

The browser sends the selected mode and the text entered in the prompt field to the same-origin Task2Prompt Worker when generation is enabled. The Worker validates the input and combines it with a server-owned mode instruction. It sends that instruction and the submitted text to OpenAI’s Responses API, then returns the generated prompt to the browser. The Worker does not intentionally write prompt text or generated output to the application database or its explicit application logs. The output is held in page memory and is copied only when the visitor chooses Copy; no prompt history or browser storage is implemented.

Generation is currently disabled by configuration. Requests to the generation endpoint are rejected before rate limiting, allowance counting, or provider invocation.

Identifiers and operational records

The Worker reads Cloudflare’s cf-connecting-ip value to construct a key for the additional per-IP rate limiter. The application does not write that address into its own logs or Durable Object table. Cloudflare’s rate-limiting and edge infrastructure may process network and request metadata under Cloudflare’s service terms and applicable settings.

The globally shared Durable Object stores one aggregate daily row: UTC day, admitted and rejected counts, completed and failed counts, and aggregate input, output, reasoning, and cached-token counts. It stores no prompt, generated result, IP address, or user account identifier. On UTC day rollover the row is reset for the new day. The application emits allowlisted logs for provider failure category/status and aggregate generation mode, outcome, latency, and token usage, without prompts or outputs. Wrangler observability is disabled in the checked local configurations. Cloudflare account-level logging and retention are governed by the account’s settings.

Service providers and their own handling

Cloudflare hosts and executes the Worker and provides the rate-limiter and Durable Object services. OpenAI receives the instruction and prompt text for generation when that feature is enabled. These providers may independently process technical data under their terms and account settings.

The integration sends store: false. This request option does not itself guarantee that OpenAI retains no data. OpenAI’s handling is governed by its API terms, published data controls, and account settings. See OpenAI API data controls.

How the information is used

Submitted text is used to provide the prompt-generation feature when it is enabled. Request metadata is processed to enforce rate limits, protect the service, measure aggregate usage, and handle operational failures. Contact messages are used to respond to the inquiry.

Retention and provider processing

Task2Prompt does not implement prompt or generated-output history. The aggregate allowance data is reset at the next UTC-day rollover. Application logs contain allowlisted operational categories, status, mode, outcome, latency, and aggregate token counts; they do not contain prompt text or generated outputs. Cloudflare and OpenAI may process request and technical data under their own service terms and account settings. The store: false request option does not by itself guarantee that a provider retains no data. Provider-side retention and infrastructure records are governed by the providers' current terms and settings.

Cookies, analytics, advertising, and browser storage

No analytics or advertising tags, cookie-setting code, localStorage, or sessionStorage use were found in the inspected public application files. The page copies text only after an explicit user action. This source inspection does not establish that Cloudflare or a future third-party service never sets cookies or processes device data. AdSense is not active or implemented.
